In my last undergrad semester in December 2011, I took a Gender Studies and Women Studies class (GSWS 431: Local Sex on Global Screen), and the need to discuss anything queer-related became increasingly dire. We were asked to keep an “ideas journal” where we keep a continuous record of our thoughts on subject matters we’ve touched on in class. So I went ahead and created this blog. This is a place where I can safely publish my “queer thoughts”.
